how positive are you that it was genuine? i’d imagine pretty expensive... my friend owns an alpina b6 e21 and i know that that thing cost him a very pretty penny. i took a few pictures of it yesterday..

I’m not. But it had the wheels and badges, and it was parked in the way back of a large parking lot. You generally don’t do that with a fake.

Proving that it’s an actual genuine factory built Hartge is pretty much impossible. It’s not like Alpina and they had no specific VIN. Therefore Hartges are not that expensive... Cheap? No, but still somewhat affordable.
